Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Policy: At Chinar Essence, we ensure a transparent and hassle-free payment process. Payments are typically made in advance through secure online methods or bank transfers. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the tour begins.

  • 50% Advance payment on booking confirmation.

  • 30% remaining payment before 07 days from date of Arrival.

  • 20% remaining payment within 48 hours from date of Arrival. Refund Policy: Our refund policy provides flexibility: cancellations made up to [specific period, 30 days] before the tour receive a full refund, while those made closer to the departure date may incur a cancellation fee.   • 0% Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
